Hi everyone! I hope you have all had a fabulous short week thus far. Today, I am excited to feature a real honeymoon getaway to Barcelona, Spain and Marrakech, Morocco. James & Christie knew from the start that they wanted to go to Barcelona, but they also wanted to add one more destination to the trip, a place that was more of a gamble, more exotic. Morocco fit the bill perfectly and was only a short flight from Barcelona! The two spent a week in Morocco at Riad Yasmine, a beautiful oasis off the bustling streets of Marrakech with only 8 other rooms. Riad Yasmine also has some of the best Moroccan food in town! In Barcelona, the two stayed at the Hotel Icaria, near the Olympic Village. It was a perfect location and had the perfect pool for their lazy days.

From eating tangine dinners poolside at their Riad in Morocco and seeing Gaudi’s breathtaking La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, James and Christie most certainly had a perfect honeymoon getaway!

Happy Monday everyone! I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! Today, we have a great Real Honeymoon to share with you all. This adorable couple wanted a beachfront tropical getaway that wasn’t too big of a hassle to get to and so being from San Diego, Cancun was a perfect destination. They stayed at the Hotel Le Blanc. The property is absolutely stunning and the hotel has so much to offer: great food, amazing pools, a magnificent spa… they even had their own butler! Upon their arrival, the hotel also had a bottle of champagne and a delicious dessert waiting in their honeymoon suite!
Beautiful, huh?! Tropical, luxurious, and relaxing, just what they needed for their honeymoon getaway!

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Today, I am excited to share with you Jay & Abby’s honeymoon escape to Australia. Jay & Abby were married last winter but wanted to honeymoon somewhere with nice, warm weather, so they figured that Australia would be the ideal location because while it was winter in the states, Australia was in the middle of their summer months. Although the couple didn’t realize that their summer is actually the wettest time of the year, they had beautiful weather nonetheless.

Jay & Abby enjoyed the hustle & bustle of the city life in Syndey for the first days of their trip, then traveled to Hamilton Island where they relaxed in a beautiful lagoon and walked along the serene white beaches, and wrapped up their trip exploring the Great Barrier Reef and experiencing the luxury of Cairns. At two of the three hotels, the lucky newlyweds were met with room upgrades and champagne in celebration of their marriage. They also were upgraded to an exit row for their flights between Sydney & LAX! A much appreciated upgrade, seeing as they were traveling at least 13 hours each way.

Relaxing, fun, & memorable, Jay & Abby’s Australian getaway made for their ideal honeymoon and I am so happy I was able to help them out! And come on, aren’t these beaches just to die for?! Wishing I was relaxing here right now.

Good afternoon! Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. Over here on the West Coast we are suffering the cloudy “June Gloom,” and it is certainly not helping me out on this Monday. Thankfully, I have this exciting destination to share with you! This is actually a wedding and honeymoon in one! This sweet couple, Marlene & David, agreed that they wanted to elope to a tropical island paradise for their wedding, and what better than the islands of Tahiti?! Marlene and David started at the beautiful Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa and then journeyed north to the exquisite Four Seasons Resort in Bora Bora. The couple had always dreamed of venturing to the Tahitian Islands and I was more than happy to help them out. They had the pleasure of staying at two impeccable hotels with stunning amenities and incredibly genuine staff. For Marlene and David, two simple words sum up their trip, magical and memorable.

When Jacki & Andrew Schaefer began planning their honeymoon they agreed that they wanted to go somewhere beautiful, peaceful, and a place that would be different from what they thought of as a “typical” honeymoon. Andrew had never been to Greece, Jacki had never been to the Greek Islands, so a trip to the heart of Greece, Athens, and one of the beautiful Greek islands, Santorini, was perfect for the couple! For the newlyweds, The Mystique hotel in Santorini provided them with the ideal quiet solitude they so desperately needed after the stresses of their wedding celebrations. The island offered relaxation, as well as opportunities for adventure, but for the first part of their honeymoon, Jacki & Andrew chose to take advantage of the downtime in paradise.

Refreshed and rested, the two then ventured to Athens, Greece, where they stayed in the eclectic Electra Palace Plaka in the heart of Athens.
