Cabo San Lucas is beautifully situated on the tip of Mexico’s 1,000-mile Baja California peninsula and is a travel destination like no other, combining great weather, exotic scenery and five-star comfort. On this visit, I had the pleasure of staying at The Resort at Pedregal a luxury hotel set in a private and secluded area, yet still close to town. The property is carved into a cliff on 24 spectacular mountainside and oceanfront acres, at the point where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez, near the legendary rock formation known as Land’s End.
The property features a collection of residential style villas, and each guestroom has its own private plunge pool, fireplace and outdoor terrace with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Rooms features all of the latest modern amenities including: rainforest showers, complimentary wifi and LCD TV’s with cable. Personal concierge service is also available.
You can stay as busy or relaxed as you like when visiting the Resort at Pedregal. There are a number of beachfront pools including an adult’s only pool with a swim-up bar. Golf excursions are also available as well as sea cruises and whale watching tours. And just a few minutes away, there are endless opportunities to discover coral reefs and sandy beaches.
Be sure to carve out time for a relaxing day at the onsite spa, Luna Y Mar. It’s incredible! Also make sure to dine at their award-winning restaurant, El Farallon. It’s tucked into the cliffs and offers break-taking views of the Pacific Ocean. You can’t go wrong with their amazing selection of freshly caught fish and authentic Mexican entrees. They also have an amazing Champagne Terrace Bar with a wide selection of rosés and champagnes.
The Resort at Pedregal combines great service, luxury amenities and exotic beaches and has become renowned for creating relaxing experiences by the sea. Please email me if you’d like to start planning your honeymoon or vacation at The Resort at Pedregal. It is the perfect Mexico escape and we will make sure you that you are well taken care of!

Get ready to be wowed with the Dar Ahlam in Morocco! Once an ancient castle, this all-inclusive resort is surrounded by spectacular desert views and features exquisite food and drinks which are all-inclusive with your stay. A 4×4 is also included, along with camel treks, donkey rides through the palm plantation, and desert picnics. “The creation of a Parisian party planner, Dar Ahlam is as luxurious as lodgings get – let alone in this landscape.”
The hotel can arrange half or full day excursions to the area’s best sights. Highlights can include taking a 4×4 through the Dadès and Drâa valleys, a trip to the Glaoui Kasbah and its old Jewish district, quadding or camel riding to nearby gorges or villages (so you can stock up on freshly made goat cheese, olive oil and handmade pottery), or riding a stallion to the shores of Almansour Lake.
“Meals are an enchanting daily surprise: tables are set up in different locations depending on the day’s theme. The menu combines traditional Moroccan specialities and the latest culinary innovations. Frederick Grasser Hermé is in charge of savoury delights, and desserts are dreamed up by French pâtissier Pierre Hermé.”
This would be the perfect destination to combine with a few nights in Marrakech- you can even take a helicopter from Marrakech to Dar Ahlam! Does this sound like a trip of a lifetime to you? Let’s chat and start planning your vacation today!

Singita Safari Lodges are incredible properties which give back in a major way. They are dedicated to providing environmentally conscious hospitality, sustainable conservation, and the empowerment of local communities. Their mission is to “share a unique part of the world, while maintaing respect for the natural environment and challenging the accepted notions of luxury.”
Singita has built and operates 12 camps and lodges in South Africa, Tanzania and Zimbabwe. They provide an authentic African experience for clients, while doing amazing things for their surrounding communities. Not sure which lodge will be right for your honeymoon? Singita has a great search tool to help you narrow down your options.
“As a safari company, Singita differentiates itself in a philosophical way. “Today, Singita is the trusted guardian of over half a million acres of pristine land in Africa and responsible for successful community development projects, making a tangible difference in the lives of the people living and working in and around its lodges. Singita proudly operates 12 lodges and camps, each a unique experience in its own right, in five regions across three countries in Africa.”
