After our stay in Atacama we flew down to Patagonia, and stayed at Tierra Patagonia. I had talked to a lot of people that had been to Patagonia so I knew it would be really beautiful, but I really had no idea just how incredible this region really is! Patagonia might just be the most gorgeous place on earth.
I could not have loved Tierra Patagonia any more! The hotel has such a unique and modern design. The service is really good, and all of the food and drinks are excellent. It was fun to be really active during the day, then come back to the hotel and have a really good dinner.
Tierra Patagonia is located right on a lake, and every room has great views. We arrived at night, so the next morning I opened my window to this view. WOW!
Tierra Patagonia includes all meals, beverages, and excursions every day. So on the first morning we talked to a few guides to plane out our next few days there. The first day we did the Cornices hike. The view from the top was amazing!!
We went back to the hotel and had a wonderful lunch, and then went on a really fun horseback ride. I could never get sick of the views!
The next day we drove around the Torres del Paine National Park. I loved how different the colors of all of the lakes are.
Then we went on a boat trip to Lago Grey to see the glaciers. Oh my gosh, this was so incredible!
The next morning we went on the Hunters Trail hike, and saw lots of animals, including guanacos, foxes, and condors.
The last afternoon I got a massage and relaxed at the spa. Pretty good decision if I do say so myself! I loved the Jacuzzi outside!

I recently returned from the most amazing week in New York City! I had a few work meetings, and it was Bridal Week in New York City. So I convinced Summer from Grey Likes Weddings to come along and off we went! New York City is one of my very favorite places in the world, and it certainly didn’t disappoint this time around! After our Southern California heat wave, I loved the amazing fall weather in New York!
We walked, shopped, ate, and drank our way through the city! A few favorite spots were drinks at Middle Branch, Employees Only, and Death & Co. And favorite meals were at Pastis, Beauty & Essex, Buvette, Casellula, and brunch at The Morning Standard. The UrbanDaddy app steered us to all of the great spots!
It was really fun to attend a couple fashion shows during Bridal Week! I went to the Amsale and Reem Acra shows, and saw some unbelievably gorgeous gowns!

Another highlight of the trip was staying at the Soho House. This is a private members club with a small number of guest rooms. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the Meatpacking District. They have an a wonderful restaurant and a rooftop balcony with the most incredible views of the city! It felt like such a perfect little hideaway. And I loved walking around the Meatpacking District and the nearby West Village. So many cute little boutiques and cafes.

Wishing I was… in Italy at the Palazzo Avino in the town of Ravello in the Amalfi Coast. Beyond the gorgeous architecture, overlooking views of the quaint villages, the property’s history if also quite intriguing! The Palazzo Avino was once a 12th century private villa for an Italian noble family and in 1997 opened its doors as a hotel. Now you can enjoy life as noble, and why wouldn’t you want to?!?
Ravello is also one of my absolute favorite places in the world! It is such a beautiful, quaint little town with the most gorgeous views! One of my favorite parts of Ravello was walking through Villa Cimbrone. The courtyard, gardens, and views from there just can’t be missed. Neither can a meal at Trattoria Cumpa Cosimo, a small family run restaurant with the most incredible pasta.
